Basically it’s an $800 excess for listed ROLLers and $3,000 for anyone unlisted. For Safe 'n Save customers, there can be a “no trip data” excess of $1,000. Only one excess applies to each claim.

^ If you have Safe ‘n Save added to your policy, “no trip data” refers to a Listed Driver driving the car but not having the ROLLiN' app running on their phone at the time of an at fault incident. For example, the app was not logged in, or the phone with the app running was left at a different location.
